2008 Limited Motorbike Warranty

Power Sports Factory, Inc. (‘PSF”) offers the following product warranty policy
(“Warranty”) exclusively through an Authorized Power Sports Factory, Inc. Dealer
(“Dealer”):

This warranty covers vehicles containing the World Manufacturer Identifier code LAW or
LBB within its Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”).

Major Parts Warranty - Two (2) Years (24 MONTHS)/5,000 Miles
Complete Engine Warranty - Three (3) Years (36 Months)/5,000 Miles

All warranties above are valid as long as the vehicle (“Product”) has been operated and
maintained according to the recommended of the manufacturer. This Warranty is
applicable only to the purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Product from the Dealer, and shall
not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee, or other recipient of the Product.

This Warranty becomes effective only upon the completion of the following:
The Product must be assembled and prepared by a Dealer.
The Product must be registered online, via fax, or by mail within (10) business
days of purchased in order to validate the Warranty.

Note: If the above steps are NOT completed, your product will NOT be covered under
our Warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, the Purchaser shall be required to produce a
valid warranty registration card. Fill out a warranty claim form and deliver the defective
part for exchange to the Dealer at his or her expense. You will need to provide: Make,
Model, Invoice Number, and VIN of the product. This information is available on your bill
of sale and/or invoice. The Dealer may help you to determine what, if any, part is
defective, and offer technical advice and support if needed by phone, fax, or email. The
Warranty shall be void if the Purchaser modifies the Product in any respect, including but
not limited to, the use of parts other than genuine Benelli-QJ manufactured parts.

ENGINE
Engine block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. rings, piston or pistons,
wrist pin or pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rod and rod bearings,
camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve
guides, cylinder head(s), engine block, and cylinder barrel or barrels will be covered if
solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated
components specified above. The cooling system must be in good working order
including cooling fan or fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical
components of all types (CDI, magneto, and all sensors and electrical control sending
units); fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts, linkage, and fluids are not covered
by this agreement.

THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

TRANSFER CASE (SHAFT DRIVE)
All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself
will be covered if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of
the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case. Accessory items,
including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets,
mounts or fluids are not covered by this agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL (GEARBOX)
All internal lubricated parts contained within the gearbox housing case. The gearbox
housing itself if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the
internal lubricated components contained in the gearbox housing. Accessory items,
included but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables,
controls, linkage, vents, pumps, electrified controls, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids
are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSMISSION (AUTOMATIC or MANUAL)
All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission
case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the
internal lubricated components within the transmission case. The complete hydraulic
system must be filled including internal transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s)
installed accessory items, including but not limited to, electrical controls, linkage mounts,
seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION !
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING PARTS:
Plastic shrouding, body panels, lenses, lens reflectors, remote, remote alarm modules,
key fobs, seat upholstery, light bulbs, tires, brake pads, brake liners, driving belt, clutch
shoes, variation or batteries.

Subject to limitations stated in this agreement, PSF agrees, at its discretion, to replace a
covered component if such component fails as a result of one or more of the internal
lubricated parts within the warranty period, while the component is being used under the
conditions and in the manner specified by the original manufacturer.
All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred if any while submitting parts for
review, repair or replacement are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Any damage,
during shipping of a scooter or motorcycle to the Dealer, on the initial purchase, must be
filed through the freight delivery company, and is not the responsibility of PSF.
The Warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect, or malfunction of the Product or
failure to function resulting from failure to operate or maintain the Product in accordance
with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided by the manufacturer; or
any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any
accident, acts of God , alterations to the Product by anyone other than the Dealer;
misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by
anyone other than the manufacturer.

These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed, or
implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness. The Purchaser represents and
agrees that any claim that it may assert against the Dealer, shall be limited to those
which may be asserted under the forgoing limited warranty. The Dealer will make every
effort to assist you in getting your Product up and running as quickly as possible if a part
fails or is defective within the period.

This Warranty does not include labor, wearable parts, damage incurred during shipping.
If you have a part that needs replacing please contact the Dealer. If a part is not in
stock, the Dealer will make every effort to obtain a replacement part from our supplier as
long as the part is available. PSF may request that the defective parts be returned for
inspection before replacement parts are shipped. If a problem cannot be diagnosed
over the phone, you will be asked to take the vehicle to your Dealer, at your expense
including labor, for diagnosis of the problem. We will consult with the shop and furnish
any necessary or warranted part as outlined above.

Warranty Registration Form
This form must be signed, dated, and returned along with a receipt showing that a mechanic did the prep
work (PDI) on the scooter for your warranty to take effect.
