This is a new page that is constantly under development here at Valley Scooters. We appreciate and
encourage all customers to comment about our service and gas scooters. We want the public to
know that we care about your satisfaction with our motor scooters and mopeds. If you would like
to comment please fill in the box below the other comments and send it in. We make every attempt
to include all comments we get about our motorized scooters and mopeds on a timely basis.
From Peter at the Yahoo Geelyscooters group*, a comment about customer service at Valley
Scooters- I bought a Geely model-18 4 stroke that needed a new brake rotor. Valley Scooters tried
to get the part from their distributor, but they wouldn't replace the defective part. John replaced
the part out of his own pocket for me.
(Note: Valley Scooters no longer deals with this distributor. We stand behind every sale we make and expect our
distributors to do the same)

Another unsolicited comment from the Yahoo Geely scooters group- "Valley scooters is brand new.
The owner's name is John Dikov and he's a very nice and honorable guy. I've corresponded with him
many times. He loves scooters and is willing to go the extra mile to help out any way he can."

Hi John.
I just want to let you know that I am thoroughly enjoying my Jalon X-8. I had absolutely no
trouble registering it in Texas. In Texas it is classified as a Moped, but it still has to pass the strict
annual State Safety Inspection requirements for motorcycles, and it passed with flying colors. I
was especially impressed with the build quality - much higher than I expected reading the
dribble on so many scooter boards that consider Chinese products as junk. It is NOT junk - it's
very good quality and admired by all that have seen it. After considerable debate, I decided to
follow the "hard break-in" philosophy, and the rings have seated very well. Top-end performance
is surprisingly good for a 50cc rather heavy four stroke. The ride is excellent. Reliability has been
great - no problems at all. I drive a Jag XK8, but I've got to tell you I enjoy cruising on
the Jalon more - and I always return from my daily fun-ride with a smile on my face.

Thank you so much for your great turn around on the resistor I ordered. I guess Stan Jessup carring your link on his
web sight is greatly justified. Also I appriciated the quick call back. Nice to deal with a business that backs what

keep it looking great. Do you have any touch up paint or can you give me some information about how to get some?
The color is dark red & silver. The bike was fairly easy to assemble and it runs great. I'm dying to take it on the road.

Well if your reading this you are either looking for or already own a scooter if your shopping, your definatly in the right place.
Just recieved my new strada RX8I and it showed up in just 2 days. this is my second purchase from valley,my other scooter is
the Grandstrada 150cc,These folks are always available, the bikes are delivered directly to your door from the great
people of estes truking.Both bikes delivered in record time,and all is prepayed, Ive had a few questions on things and both John
and his wife Linda are extremley helpful if they dont have the answer they will get it for you and usually in a
few hours max. I have a dealer here in town, but I swear its faster just to buy from John and the gang with no worries, the Rx8I
is assembled 95% just bolt on the mirrors add some battery juice to the battery and your done.(be sure to
charge the battery at a 2amp rate) Again shop no further if you want the best prices and fantastic service..If you woul!

Jim in Pa. I recently purchased a Roketa Catalina 150 from Valley scooters and I canot say enough about the help John
Dikov provided me. The scooter had shipping damage and John helped me with the insurance claim. Have not got that
resolved yet. Also had a bad carburetor and John replaced it within 2 days after recieving mine. Now the scooter runs great
thanks to John. Would buy again from John with out hesitation.

I ordered a JONWAY yy250 t on Monday and
had it Friday . It was in good shape no damage .Rode it on Saturday. It is a great scooter and it is a sharp
looking scooter . I had a couple of questions after I ordered it and John called me right back and every thing
was just like he said it would be. Valley Scooters is very good and honest. I would buy from them again.

I am writing to you today to say THANK YOU for what so far has turned out to be a great proudct. I recently purchased a
Roketa, Bali 150, Motor Scooter from you. It arrived unharmed, and It was very easy to uncrate, and assemble. It started
right up after only about 3 or 4 tries. I did have to adjust the idle a little though to reduce the vibration. I am unsure of
one thing though, I was under the impression that this scooter came with a remote start/stop feature. That was one of
the features that made me Unless I have somehow missed it this scooter does not have it, which actually is not a really
big deal. I just wanted to mention it. I was able to start my scooter up this morning without any problems at all. This
morning I got to take my first ride on my new scooter. It was great. It has so much more power than my little 50cc scooter
had. I brought insurance last night from Geico, at a very reasonable rate. Whe I receive the ownership papers from you I
will register my new scooter with the Maryland State Motor Vehicle Administration.
In Maryland anything over 50cc has to be tagged. I also ownd a 50cc scooter. I have had it for three years now. I have a
little over 5,000 miles on it now. It has been a very reliable scooter. I was surprised because I purchased it from
Pep-Boys. I am going to try to sale it on ebay, for $300. Anyways, I just wanted to say THANKS for being so honest and
helpful during this sale. I am anticipating having this scooter for many, many years. I hope & pray to GOD that those years
are trouble free. So Far, So Good, as they say. I would like to leave you a positive rating, on Yahoo. That is where I
checked you out. Your reviews were mixed, however the good ones far out numbered the bad. Most of them were
EXCELLENT. That's what I would like to leave.
Can you tell me how to go about doing that?
