Each XM-3000 electric moped includes a VIN and MCO / MSO certificate that you can take to your
local DMV office in exchange for a Title (Pink Slip) and License Plate / Registration. Registering it
as a moped will offer the lowest fee's at your DMV office.
This electric scooter ships by a trucking company. Shipping is free as long as you pick it up at
your nearest terminal. Alternatively you can choose delivery to your door for $50. If you do not
live in a major city, or close to a terminal, we suggest you pay the $50 to have it delivered
directly to your residence.
