Lance scooters are manufactured by one of the better scooter companies in China. All of the Lance scooters we
sell come fully assembled. Many other dealers require that you install the front wheel and or the handlebars.
Lance scooters are CARB approved so they can be registered in California as well as the other 49 states. We also
offer all of our Lance scooters fully prepped and ready to go. All you need to do is put the gas in and go. The
Lance scooter has already been started, driven, had the battery charged, tire pressure checked, carb adjusted,
brakes checked, oil changed, all lights inspected and all instruments checked. This saves you time and aggravation
and also insures that your 1 year warranty is in effect. Some companies give no warranty unless the scooter is
prepped by a mechanic but some customers can't find a mechanic in their area to prep their new scooter. We want
to be sure our customers are happy with the scooter they purchased and this policy helps make that happen.
