All scooters are shipped free of charge in the contiguous 48 states. It will usually take 2- 3 business days
to ship your scooter (not get it) if it is in stock. We have shipments arriving every 2 weeks so chances
are we will have what you want available. Scooters are usually delivered to your home but can be
delivered to a trucking terminal near you. Please refer to the list below to find the one nearest your home.
All of our scooters are inspected before they leave the warehouse and are shipped out in perfect condition. Before opening
the container crate, please check the crate for external damage. If the crate is damaged in any way (looks twisted or it was
dropped), STOP. Call our customer service department immediately. Also, note damage on the Bill of Lading and have the
driver print and sign his name. Although shipping is included in the price of your scooter, we are not responsible for any
damage which occurs during shipping. You will need to file a claim with the trucking company that delivered your scooter. We
will assist you in any way we can in this matter.

required to make a claim against the insurance to repair or replace your scooter as necessary. When you open the crate
and find that the motor scooter has been damaged, STOP. Call our customer service department. In this case, the shipping
company will want to see the crate as it was delivered, so do not throw it away! Minor scratches, places where the
scooter rubbed against the packing material are considered wear and tear and are not a reason for
refusal of the scooter or claimable items. When buying scooters at wholesale prices customers are
expected to understand that this is normal. If you buy at a local dealer for retail prices the scooters are
already prepped and these minor damages have been repaired. You can try to submit your claim to the trucking
company for those types of issues but there is no guaranty that it will be paid.
We insure that all shipments when they leave our warehouse, that scooters are not damaged in any way. You may however
occasionally find minor scratches or cracks from shipping movement in an otherwise undamaged box. This is not a reason
to refuse a scooter and a small monetary adjustment can be made or the scratched body panel replaced. Once the scooter
is signed for and received it is the buyer's responsibility to file any claims for damage with the trucking company.
If a customer refuses delivery of a scooter they are liable for shipping charges and a restocking fee of
30% unless they have spoken to our customer service department and gotten authorization first.
Scratches, gouges, cracks in plastic panels are NOT reason for refusing the scooter and will be handled in
the manner described above.

We are required by law to charge tax for shipment only for sales in
the state of Connecticut. You may be charged taxes if you register
your product for license plates. All states are different; consult your
local tax collector for full information. Additional fees and taxes: Out
of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and
fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will
business! Our success depends on responding to your needs. In
the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product, you may
send it back for a 30% restocking fee. The following additional

so as to prevent damage to body panels or mechanicals.

excessive wear will be deducted from total refund price.
5. You must call and speak to a customer service representative to
obtain a return number prior to sending anything back.
Cancellation policy and payment of fees on incomplete payment for order:
In the unlikely event that a customer cancels a scooter order before the scooter is
shipped, customer is liable for any service fees charged to Valley Scooters plus a
processing fee of $25. Gas motor scooters ordered and only partially payed for must
be fully paid before product will ship out. If the scooter is fully paid for within 3
business days, funds that were received will be returned to customer minus any
service charges and a $25 processing fee.
You cannot cancel an order once gas motor scooters have been shipped. Once the
scooter is shipped any cancellation will be treated as a returned scooter and all fees
described above will apply.
